Essential oils that help you sleep.

In your bedtime and bedroom routines, put your nose to work to help you sleep soundly !

Although smell is one of the most powerful senses, linked to the limbic system, sometimes we forget its ability to induce sleep , for example through the aroma and properties of essential oils .  

Lavender , ylang - ylang , chamomile , bergamot , mandarin ... are some of the essential oils known to promote states of calm and relaxation that promote sleep.

Before going to bed you can take a bath with   bath salts or apply creams with relaxing aromas that help you deactivate little by little.  

You can also scent the environment with  incense , scented candles, oil burners.  But be careful!! Do not use them to sleep and always make sure they are well turned off before going to bed.

You can also use essential oil diffusers . And if your partner doesn't like the smell in the room, a good solution is to sprinkle a few drops of lavender mist on your pillow, this way only you will notice its effect.
