Do not consume caffeine after noon, including coffee, caffeinated soft drinks, or tea.  

Caffeine stimulates the nervous system, increasing alertness. 

Its effect appears between twenty-five and forty-five minutes after ingestion and lasts between six or eight hours. 

Even if you can sleep after drinking coffee , it has been observed that sleep remains in the most superficial states, so the quality of it is affected.

It is not recommended to stop consuming caffeine suddenly.
