It offers a score on the quality of your sleep based on the analysis of your heart rate, the time you spend sleeping and awake and each phase (deep, light and REM).

With the Sleep app   on Apple Watch, you can create sleep schedules to help you achieve your nightly rest goals.

 

Take the watch to bed, and the Apple Watch will record your hours of sleep. When you wake up, open the Sleep app to see how long you've slept and see your sleep trends for the last 14 days.

Samsung Gear S is equipped with sleep monitoring function. An internal gyroscope records your movements during a sleep cycle.

After recording your sleep, it shows you a graph indicating the time asleep and the percentage amount of your movements while sleeping.
