I am Noemí Medina, Psychologist and Dream Coach.

I am Noemí Medina, Psychologist and Sleep Coach, specialist in Sleep Medicine.

I am a member of the Spanish Sleep Society (SES) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and in 2020 I founded the educational space Consejos Dormir Bien to contribute to spreading the importance of having a healthy sleep and helping to achieve it.

Although sometimes it is not given the importance it deserves, sleep is as important as eating or drinking.   A person can go about 4 days without drinking, about 20 without eating but only 6 or 7 without sleeping.

A third of our lives are spent sleeping and that this sleep is healthy affects the areas of your work and personal life. 

Only if we sleep well can we achieve a healthy, balanced and happy life.  Therefore, andIt is essential to learn the keys to sleep well.

As a personal and professional coach, it is clear to me that reaching your goals, achieving greater well-being and feeling fulfilled in all areas of your life, starts with resting well.

Unfortunately, currently as society is constituted, they do not make it easy for us, preventing sleep, developing many diseases such as Alzheimer's, dementia, obesity, cardiovascular disease, stress...

That you can't sleep 8 hours with quality, it's not your fault, and honestly, it's possible that you put all the remedies that are on your side and still don't get it, ever.

Endless work schedules, being late stressed, having dinner late, having to play sports late..., school, shift work, nightlife, television programming, even the schedules of nurses in hospitals... short-circuit our chances of rest, and yet this is critical.
