Durante la noche, nuestro cuerpo experimenta una disminución natural en la temperatura, lo cual es una señal para el cerebro de que es hora de dormir. Un dormitorio fresco puede apoyar este declive natural y, por lo tanto, facilitar el inicio del sueño y mejorar su profundidad.
